I would like to share my experience with Dr. Mandeep’s clinic. Dr. Mandeep is a kind, professional, and caring doctor, and I truly appreciate the quality of care she provides. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is extremely disappointing. The staff at reception demonstrate poor communication skills, a lack of professionalism, and, most concerning, a clear lack of respect for patients. Very disappointed with the experience. I had a virtual appointment scheduled and have been waiting for over 50 minutes with no update. When I called, I was told the doctor is busy and I have to keep waiting. This is not acceptable. Patients also have schedules and cannot sit in front of their phones indefinitely. If there is a delay, the clinic should inform patients in advance. Be careful! I booked appointment with Dr Wadhwa and after 15 minutes of booking called them to cancel it. I was told that it will be considered as no show. I genuinely feel sad. This is truly hurting Canadian medical system.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I waited over 40 minutes while feeling very unwell, only to be completely dismissed. I was coughing nonstop, my throat was sore, my nose was running, and I had visible signs of fever. I clearly told the doctor that I’ve been dealing with a fever for 8 days and that I’ve already been taking Advil, Tylenol, and Benadryl with no relief.
