I went to NewEra on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did! Carly gave me a perm last week on Tuesday. We decided to wait and see whether I liked the length, with the understanding that I could come back in a week for a cut. I went back today to have it cut, and she was true to her word. :) I've had a LOT of perms in my lifetime, and the majority of them were done by skilled stylists. Carly is one of those professionals.
