My daughter has been going here 2 years and just got her braces off today. I would say the staff is very friendly and professional at the same time. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. The wait time is minimal and the work has always been top notch. Easy for me to recommend!

We love Dr Newell and the staff! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I called to get my son an appointment for his adjustment because he was a couple weeks overdue and the appointment was made for the same day, we never waited in the waiting room and we were in and out in 20 minutes with new wires, coils and bands!

Dr Newell and his staff are awesome! Austin was a transfer patient from Charlotte to Jefferson GA. Dr Newell does not usually use the type of braces that Austin had; however he proceeded with the treatment just as if he was the one who put the braces on him. Austin got to to have his braces taken off and his teeth are perfect. Thank you Dr. Newell and your great staff!
