I love being a patient! The staff is friendly and smiling, the office is tidy and quick, and check-in is super easy. I get text and email appointment reminders which makes my life easier, too - plenty of time to shift my schedule if I've forgotten or need to make childcare arrangements. Dr. Newell is so friendly and professional as well. Has been a great experience dealing with everyone there.

I took my daughter, Ansley, for the first time a few weeks ago! I was extremely pleased with the office staff and Dr. Newell. I described it to someone as the “Chick fil a” experience at a doctor’s office. Everyone knows the exceptional customer service they have and so does this office! I could not have asked for a better visit with my 8 year old. I highly recommend Dr. Newell and his staff!

We love Dr. Newell and his great staff! We moved to Athens from Atlanta a year ago and were a little worried about finding an orthodontist that was as good as the one we saw in Atlanta, but Dr. Newell put those worries to rest! His office is state of the art and so clean and pretty! We are very happy that we chose Newell Orthodontics! �

Dr. Newells office is the best in the Business. Trust me, I have had a lot of experience with Dentists, Orthodontics, etc. and I have never experienced an office that was so caring. From the start they made sure I was comfortable and made sure they didn't over step. I am self conscious about my teeth and they took pride in doing what it takes to flip the script and help me out on my terms, not theirs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was referred to Newell by a friend and I can honestly say they have been a blessing! The previous ortho my daughter went too was a good one, so i thought, until I stepped foot into Newell. Their whole office staff is wonderful, they treat us as if we have been patents there for years! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

We just love Dr. Newell and his whole team! They always are so welcoming and knowledgeable and my daughter loves to go there! I am a hygienist and have been in dentistry for 16 years, I work in an office about 30 min away so we don’t refer here for the reason of location. With that being said, I choose to bring my daughter here and will pay full price over taking her where I would get a significant discount! Now that should say how great they are!
