Poor maintenance performance on an individual contract. Didnt do what was contracted to be done. Very dissatisfied customer
Business response:
Trimming large trees is not part of his $45 per month lot maintenance. We offered to trim it for $35 but he refused. There is no contract for lot maintenance. We already do weed control, trimming shrubs, fertilize once per year for this small amount. Trees over 12 are not included but we bid them as needed
