I am from out of province and wanted to send a basket to my 89 year old mother in Kamloops for her birthday. I called the shop and the woman I spoke to was very patient and helpful. My mom could not have any fragrance in the arrangement. She suggested a plant basket that had flowering plants in it. It was delivered on schedule and was beautiful and very colourful. I was very pleased with the service and the product.

I’m so glad I was able to make an online payment from London, UK! I ordered a bouquet for my best friend’s birthday, who lives in Kamloops. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and she was over the moon! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Newell Flower shop for flower arrangements. Brian was especially helpful. My sister and I brought pictures of what we wanted for our mother’s funeral. We asked for some changes and requested specific flowers. Brian exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with the bouquets and they were exactly what we envisioned. Thank you..

Brian from Newell Flower Shop did the floral arrangements this past weekend for my mother in laws memorial. Brian was very professional when we met and very helpful with assisting us in choosing the arrangement we wanted, and explaining what our options were. He was also very patient as we went back and forth over the next couple days to make the final plans.
