My first visit with Dr. Newell and his excellent staff was beyond expectations! Laural, Assistant, was excellent as well. She communicated, always checked on my welfare & comfort. Dr. Newell was great! I've never had a Dentist who took time to actually talk to a patient, listen to any concerns, and spend time to answer questions. I went into the office in pain and nervous, but the kindness they showed me and professional way they handled my case was absolutely awesome. I was in such peace after they talked with me, explained what was going on with my tooth and then how and what they were going to do to fix it. For me...a nervous person about dentist office's, this was the best experience I have had in many years!! They have a new patient...me.
