Horrible services, was turned away 3 times when I arrived to my appointment either due to “short staff” or the dentist being “injured” when in all actuality he was arrested with no bond, here’s my thing CALL THE PEOPLE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. My last appointment for my crown was supposed to be on wednesday April 21st and I showed up for them to say someone was supposed to call me to reschedule my appointment and that they didn’t even have my crown!!! The staff are so caring, knowledgeable and professional but also sweet. From the moment you open the door you know you are in capable hands and all questions will always be answered to assist in making the best decisions for my oral health. I recommend this Dental agency to everyone I know.
Not only was I was a (prospective) patient, in that I did not return after my initial visit & again, POTENTIAL treatment plan.... I’m also the Mom of a previous member of one who Mr Newell called “His flock” (as in a rooster & hens; young women with little to no job experience, & typically, if not always, extremely gullible and underemployed —On this tidbit alone I could end up writing an essay (maybe even a Novella/Short novel based on the TRUE story of Brian D Newell’s practice 😱 & what his young, victimized staff endured... read more
