We arrived promptly in order to give her a quote and she showed up over an hour late. Sandy Miller hired us to perform landscaping work on a property she is preparing to sell. The agreed scope was straightforward: remove dead plants and trees. During the job, it became clear there was confusion around basic landscaping concepts, including the difference between dormant plants and dead ones, as well as general plant classifications.
