lived here from 2020-2022. it was my first solo home and I loved it there! clean, usually quiet (some families and children), safe. the manager and landlord company is responsive and kind. it's right off pembina hwy but the building itself is tucked behind another apartment building which can make it difficult for delivery drivers and other visitors to find but offers more quiet. within walking distance to a small strip mall with a grocery store, bubble tea shop, spa, bus stop, and more, as well as other stores in the immedi... read more
