I have built two homes with them in Melbourne and both were delivered before time with upmost quality.From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every aspect of the process was executed with the absolute professionalism. Do not build with Newcon Homes if you are not ready to build your dream home or investment property! 1. They are quick (5 bedrooms home started in Jan, Keys by April) 2. Great communication (you don't need to ask to see photos, they send you comms/photos ALWAYS) 3. Quality build ( you will be amazed) 4. Flexible (as a custom builder, you can do absolutely anything, compliance permitting) 5. Experience (their recommendations are valuable, listen) I would give 10 stars if I could!
