Brian came out to give an estimate. After discussing with him the problem I think I'm going to work on it myself. I gained the knowledge I needed from his time. I haven't had him do any work but I'll call him again.

Brian and Tucker came out today and worked in the rain. To get my water back on. They had a tough job, coming out to fix what two other contractors had broken twice! And they didn't seem the least bit irritated by my overly cautious nature after dealing with some schenanigans before they arrived. I called Newcomer on Tuesday at 1, someone came right out to assess the damage, and everything was working again before 3 on Wednesday, worked straight through a rain storm, I don't think they even stopped for lunch.
