Great service. Communication was excellent. Friendly staff. Issues resolved.
Had a log book service + also to sort out water leaking into footwell compartment during raining. Issue was recurring after the service as well. Contacted them and went again at 8.30. Was asked to leave the car the whole day for an assessment without rushing. Contacted again as there was no update by 3:30. They had looked for an entirely different thing (water in the foot well vs water in the boot compartment), charged the hourly fee and also suggested a change of full spoiler set! I would not recommend this dealership. My first interaction with them, they offered a trade in price $25K, despite selling the exact same model (kms, trim level, year, and body) for $50K Later I bought a second hand car off them, they scratched after I paid for it; but before I could pick it up. The company told me they thought it was already there, despite photos showing it wasn’t. I was then told to essentially suck it up, “nothing I can do about it” Don’t waste your time
Sales person Kurt was friendly, personable and professional. He was very helpful without being pushy or over the top. An employee well worth keeping.
