Needed to deal with a leaking seal on an upstairs toilet. Based on a glowing recommendation from our neighbors, I reached out to Nick @ Newcastle Plumbing. Nick fit me in and did an excellent and professional job. Arrived at the time stated and took less time that originally mentioned. I could see that he would take care of the little details based on the way he conducted himself from the moment he arrived. Would definitely recommend and I will be calling him for my next job for sure.

Nick and Jacob were so professional and kind. They explained everything and even got rid of all the boxes and rubbish that the new shower fixture came in. When our regular plumber let us know that he was overwhelmed with work & couldn't replace our Toto toilet for a number of weeks, we contacted Nick @ Newcastle Plumbing. Much to our relief, an appointment was arranged within a few days. He arrived on time as promised & did a fantastic job of the installation & cleanup. We'll definitely call him back with our next emergency & recommend him to our friends.
