Nick and Jacob were so professional and kind. They explained everything and even got rid of all the boxes and rubbish that the new shower fixture came in. Its so lovely to have such a professional service done in such a timely manner, with so much care and transparency. Would highly highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you again guys! When our regular plumber let us know that he was overwhelmed with work & couldn't replace our Toto toilet for a number of weeks, we contacted Nick @ Newcastle Plumbing. Much to our relief, an appointment was arranged within a few days. He arrived on time as promised & did a fantastic job of the installation & cleanup. We'll definitely call him back with our next emergency & recommend him to our friends.
We contacted Newcastle Plumbing through Nick and he promptly returned our call, was excellent at communicating the set up for the service call and provided a reasonable and fair estimate. Nick attended our home on time and quickly repaired our shower problem. He was professional and even took off his shoes at the door, showing respect and concern all along the way.
