I reached out to Nick the owner of Newcastle Plumbing for a quotation to replace my leaking kitchen faucet and water filter spout. Nick got back to my promptly over email with a very reasonable and competitive quote and scheduled me in the following week to complete the work. We consider ourselves very lucky to have received a recommendation for Nick at Newcastle Plumbing... we had some issues with our very old basement drains and he was able to diagnose the issue through discussion and image/video sharing; his knowledge and experience with old Toronto homes was very apparent! The fix (digging out concrete and replacing old clay pipe) was timely and professional, he was very transparent with any changes to scope throughout the process.
