The best Bank and staff in Australia 10 out of 10
Newcastle Permanent Port Macquarie has been an excellent support in all our financial matters. They are always ready, willing and able to assist.

The staff at Newcastle Permanent Port Macquarie are the nicest people ever. I love being a part of this building society, and not part of one of the greedy big banks.
We changed financial institutions recently, moving across the road to Newcastle Permanent. The difference in the attitude of the staff is unbelievable!! After being treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the staff at the other bank, walking into the Newcastle Permanent branch in Port Macquarie was amazing!! If they’re here to stay then so are we! Banking the way it should be, with staff who are patient, kind, understanding and very funny!!
