Love Newcastle Permanent, especially for thier friendly, personable attitude, so unlike other banks, or any other big corporation. The girls at the Port Macquarie branch are fantastic. They always greet me by name as I walk through the door (something I'm always impressed with), they are patient and nothing is ever a problem. It is so refreshing and the biggest reason we will always stay with the Permanent. The staff at Newcastle Permanent Port Macquarie are the nicest people ever. I love being a part of this building society, and not part of one of the greedy big banks.
We changed financial institutions recently, moving across the road to Newcastle Permanent. The difference in the attitude of the staff is unbelievable!! After being treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the staff at the other bank, walking into the Newcastle Permanent branch in Port Macquarie was amazing!! If they’re here to stay then so are we! Banking the way it should be, with staff who are patient, kind, understanding and very funny!!
Had to do some banking needs twice while i was on hollidays and the service was magnificent , fiendly and smooth transactions with no problems what so ever.
