We changed financial institutions recently, moving across the road to Newcastle Permanent. The difference in the attitude of the staff is unbelievable!! After being treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the staff at the other bank, walking into the Newcastle Permanent branch in Port Macquarie was amazing!! If they’re here to stay then so are we! Banking the way it should be, with staff who are patient, kind, understanding and very funny!!
Had to do some banking needs twice while i was on hollidays and the service was magnificent , fiendly and smooth transactions with no problems what so ever.
Staff at Port Mac branch are awesome. Always happy, friendly & know their stuff. Sam especially has always been so helpful & cheerful and made applications so easy. You are all legends!
Great staff. Open more often than the big banks, including Saturday mornings. Love this place compared with my old bank.
