Not only does Newcastle steal all your money from you, their ATM machine now cost $4.50 to use and have gone up from $3.95. I suggest everyone ban using the machines and make sure you get your money from a 7Eleven for free before you get there. Also if you leave and go to a bank there is one just off exit 108 to Tuttle. This may be the only thing you can control bc there is no winning there. You may have to quit gambling there completely and go somewhere else.

They should be investigated all those rude nasty Mexicans cant be legal. I don't go here cause neverwin (riverwind) owns them and you get ripped off and the Mexicans

I must be a glutton for punishment. At least 15 trips to this hole this summer and nothing. Dollar red spin machines-nothing. Quarter red spin machines-nothing. I have played almost every machine in the place with no return at all. I decided to change casinos. Concho and Fire Lake and won back all of my losses in just a few trips. No reason to return to Newcastle Casino.

The management of this casino has surrendered to the greed by manipulating their machines to zero or very low payouts. It seems that the 5 dollar slots are the only machines that are paying and it has been that way for at least 6 months. Quarter slot player stay away from this casino. It is a total waste of your money. Manipulating slot machines should be illegal but it must not be illegal in Oklahoma. Cheating the poor players to pay the rich players. God bless America and free enterprise.

The take at this casino has to be huge. I play there a lot. Too much. After losing on several trips I decided to go as an observer and have made four trips as an observer because New Castle is very close to my home. A few of the five dollar machines have been paying out but you have to wonder how much money was used to hit the payout. In the past this casino was one of the best casinos in the state but now they are one of the worst. I believe it is due to a computer program that allows them to totally control the out come of every machine in the casino. They can control their payout through the bingo cards. They can actually take out the card that pays the jackpot and instead of hitting a jackpot you get paid on a lessor card. That is not gambling it is cheating and nothing can be done about it. If you are playing 5 dollar and 1 dollar machines you might have a small chance to come out ahead. Their quarter machines are totally dead and have been for the last 8 months. Not sure why they do that to their players. They have taken the fun out of playing in their casino. I love to play but I feel that these people are actually cheating their customers. I live close to this casino and Riverwind and they are both Chickasaw Casinos. Two years ago the payouts at Riverwind just stopped and it has been that way ever since. Newcastle Casino has started down that same path. It was like they just flipped a switch and the payouts stopped. I am not talking about the big payouts I am talking any payouts.
