Improvements are being done daily. Grounds r looking better. Interior painting in entranceway and new carpeting and some new exterior doors. Drive thru areas resurfaced. Front garden areas r in need of weeding in some areas. I had to ask lawn person if he would weedwhack weeds around Bush and in garden area. Furnace filters only replaced yrly unless u ask for one.
