The New Property Manager profiles Black Men. When I expressed my troubling concerns about her behaviors that I witnessed for myself, I was dismissed. She is about the 4th manager the apartment has had in the last 5 years. She said its her right to watch people and their cars HOWEVER the young Black Man wasn’t doing anything but coming home, had his music turned up, turn off his car after about 2 minutes and went inside. Really affordable housing and a great neighborhood as well. The apartments are always so nice and the staff are incredible.
Fire Hazzard and pure filthy!!
All of the staff were extremely nice and worked with us through the whole process since this was our first apartment. I think the prices are too expensive for how old these apartments are and the quality of the apartments are okay, but outdated. Our building had a roach problem but the exterminator came on Mondays every time we called. I think the roaches are immune to the spray that lookout pest control uses. I would recommend updating the apartments and the appliances and getting a different source of pest control like bat... read more
