I hate to leave a negative review but it's necessary. They never return phone calls/voicemails. Do not take notes from your phone conversation of you do get a live person (as they say they will.) Don't bill insurance correctly. I also hope you have a 1/2 days vacation every time you need to go for ANYTHING.
Dr. Newby and her staff make you feel like family! My grandson has serious orthodontic issues , to the point of needing jaw surgery. Dr. Newby has worked wonders with his teeth so far, has been involved and informative in dealing with the oral surgeon, and honestly cares about my grandson. I have had no issues with rescheduling appointments. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing orthodontics.
Dr Newby and her staff are the kindest, most caring staff who all work in sync and are so respectful with each other. Just a fabulous environment. My grandson has some SN struggles and I truly believe that Dr Newby and staff have taken extensive training in treating children/teens with Special Needs. My son has been coming to Dr. Newby for over 2 years now. He has cognitive disabilities and often breaks his brackets or wire. She has been so understanding and kind to him and very compassionate. She is by far one of the best doctors any of my children have ever seen. Her work is phenomenal and staff is very helpful. Highly recommend

My son had extreme dental issues, the care plan was explained to the fullest with patience and a big beautiful smile. Dr. Newby is wonderful! Her office is often crowded, so scheduling is sometimes difficult, but once you get in your treated amazingly well. Such a sweet staff.
