My little Jack Russell was hit by a car and brought into the clinic by the West Newbury police. Dr.'s Burba, Kircher and Lagasse, along with Liz, Karina and Danielle worked together to save Moxie's life. She needed to be transferred to the emergency vet ICU for continued care, but I know that without the initial care and blood transfusion provided at Newburyport Veterinary Clinic, Moxie would not be with us. I will be eternally grateful for their care and support.
The staff here were wonderful. My foster guinea pig became very ill over the weekend so one of our coordinators found Dr Lagasse and we were grateful she knows pigs. Once pigs show signs of illness it's usually serious. They got us in right away and treated us and our rescue very kindly. So glad to now have an exotic vet in the area that our fosters can go to if needed. Feeling blessed
The staff and Doctors are very caring and supportive of all animals and owners. They have become like family.
I can't say enough about how caring and thoughtful everyone is here. They honestly do care about all animals...including my chickens. Wonderful people!
Really like this place they are very nice an make you feel like family was relaxed they are very friendly
I am beyond amazed at how great the staff, from techs to doctors to receptionists are with not only their clients but their clients owners (and children). My five-year-old twins are fascinated with the medical and animal world and they had no problem going above and beyond to explain and show them things to encourage their interest. They took a little extra few minutes out of their busy day to help answer their curiosities.
