I have been going to NPVC since FOREVER never had an issue but… the customer service needs to be worked on. Apparently whoever was working reception that was speaking to me on the phone today was rude told me “we didn’t say that to your mom” when all I was asking was she was hoping they would write down the instruction on the receipt.. and the rude lady said we don’t do that just what’s written on the box… please please work on that.
