I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and service I received at Exer Urgent Care Thousand Oaks. Natalia at the front desk warm, welcome and professional. Leyana and Bijoarrte in the back office were attentive and supportive throughout my visit . I felt genuine cared for. A special thank you to Erica Everett, MP, for her thorough and compassionate medical care. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt informed and reassured about the next steps.
I had a great experience at Exer Urgent Care! The staffs were friendly, fast, and very helpful during my check-up. Thank you Bjoarne! Thank you Tallie! Thank you Michelle Wall PA-C! Excellent service! Everything was efficient and caring from start to finish. I highly recommend!
The whole staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Sylvester, Natalia, Leyana and Joanne all were very kind and resourceful will trying to help me feel better. Great staff!
