Overall an adequate management company
This company will dispose of any property of a tenant/resident of their property. Including any equipment that is on rent from any durable medical equipment company. They have no qualms about it and will tell you that is their rule. No compassion or understanding of other companies or the tenants/residents or their families. I would absolutely thing twice about renting from this company. You can tell by their obviously low reviews that the management company is less than ideal.
This place is hard to get into contact with. If you are a self contractor. I would encourage to avoid these people.
