One star is being generous. Newbury Management has been terrible to work with. On a number of occasion's management has failed to provide appropriate notice of landlord entry to tenant's units (failure to provide 24 hours notice and failure to provide notice directly to tenants). Management has been repeatedly posting the only notice of entry to a common door within the building, failing to accommodate individuals who may be disabled and/or work from home and do not leave their unit on a daily basis. We have had a great experience at our location. Our neighbors are nice and the apartment manager is also very kind.
