Absolutely wonderful place to live Newbury is under excellent management and maintenance. Living here is quiet, the apartment is clean and feels like brand new. The kitchen appliances all work very well and were in near perfect condition when we moved in. The property manager, Sarah, has reached out often since we moved in and she always responds to my emails if I ever have questions about the place. Amazing place to live! Safe, secure, and quiet place to live! Any maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly! Neighbors are quite friendly, and the apartments are spacious and modern. I'm probably biased because I live here, but this is probably the best place to live in Syracuse, like seriously. You won't regret living here!

Happy Resident I have lived here for about 3 years. The office staff is great and maintenance comes promptly. They even helped me when my car battery died! Neighbors are great too!

Like here I have lived here for 3 years already. The apartment is good and neighbors are nice. And currently I renewed the apartment again. The office works efficiently.
Honestly the best place to live in Syracuse My fiancé and I have lived here for 2 years now; the apartments are beautiful, well kept and the staff is extremely friendly & willing to help with anything you need in a very timely fashion. The neighbors are extremely quiet and keep to themselves, I truly love living here and would recommend to anyone! It’s hard to find apartments around here that take big dogs and I have been very thankful for that amenity here as well.
Quiet and Secluded Great space! We have a back apartment that looks into grass and woods. Plenty of natural sunlight. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. Joan in the office is very friendly and very reasonable. There’s always a parking space available in front of my building!
