Very impressed with customer service from start to finish. I finally feel comfortable with my dentist & office staff. So glad I decided to try Newburgh Family Dental!!
Going to the dentist is probably not high on anyone's list of fun things to do, but Dr. Perkins and her staff make the experience pleasant. From her front desk staff, to the office decor, to the hygenists, to Dr. Perkins herself-you are made to feel like you're the only patient there. Your appointment runs on time, everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell that they enjoy their work. In my opinion, they are simply the BEST!
Staff is friendly and attentive. There is hardly any waiting room time and they make the visits as quick as possible while still allowing time for any additional questions.
We love Dr. Perkins and the entire staff! Our entire family goes there for our dental care including two young children. They are wonderful!
I was able to take my four kids and have their teeth cleaned and checked in less than an hour! They were great with the kids, professional, great staff and nice atmosphere. Huge improvement from our last dentist. Definitely recommend!

I am totally in awe of the amount of ease they give their patients. I avoided dentists due to a very bad experience with a previous dentist. Dr. Straton seen me while at another practice and after she left I followed her there. When you find a dentist who doesn't make you afraid to go you have to stay with them. The entire staff does this now not just one dentist. GO STAFF YOU'RE ALL SUPER!!!
