I am a well established patient of Newbridge Spine & Pain. I am a patient of Kristi Phillips, although I have been seen in the past and have had procedures performed by Dr. Sanghvi. I honestly cannot express enough how truly grateful I am to have such compassionate professionals to manage my complex chronic pain and the number of overall health issues that accompany a diagnosis such as mine. Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They had an attitude while I came in to get some information regarding their practice. The two receptionist/ whoever sits at the desk could be heard loudly talking badly about a patient. I could hear all the details about this poor patient, their condition, and supposedly how difficult they were, etc. I found this extremely unprofessional and alarming they say this about their patients.
Glad this terrible place went out of business. The lack of customer service & professionalism is outrageous. Kristy Grass is the worst individual & her nasty attitude was unbearable. She would talk poorly about other employees & patients. How disgusting! You should be embarrassed! Kristy would try to intimidate others, was extremely rude and highly insensitive. DO BETTER!!!!!

Dr. Sanghvi is wonderful. I have been seeing him since 2013 and he is caring doctor. He listens to my concerns and it is upfront to me of treatment possible. I feel my concerns and opinion are heard by him. He is does not dismiss me. Great doctor.
