I was lucky enough to talk to Tamara for a few weeks. The job site I was on had therapy sessions available. We got into some deep points and she helped me understand so much better of what I go through as an adult. Absolutely amazing is the best way I can describe the breakthrough we made in just a few short weeks. Definitely recommend for anyone struggling with emotions they don’t know where they came from or depression that creeps up on you.
