We found Lowell Newton through my therapist, she recommended that my sons see a guy and to do the sessions in person versus online. For a 12 & 9 year old navigating life and divorce I made the decision to seek help from Mr Newton. Over the course of 6 months of I have noticed a significant change in my son's attitudes. I was lucky enough to talk to Tamara for a few weeks. The job site I was on had therapy sessions available. We got into some deep points and she helped me understand so much better of what I go through as an adult. Absolutely amazing is the best way I can describe the breakthrough we made in just a few short weeks. Definitely recommend for anyone struggling with emotions they don’t know where they came from or depression that creeps up on you.
