We love the Newborn Center! All the nurses we have seen have been very helpful. I am a first time mom and I always come in with a ton of questions and they answer every single one without making me feel like I'm crazy. I especially want to shout out my lactation consultant (L'Oréal) she is the BEST! She has made my breastfeeding experience wonderful! She treats you like family and not just like a patient. My wife went for a breastfeeding consultation. I received a bill and unknowingly I paid it. Then I notice that the insurance paid as well. I called to request a reinbursement and only I can get it as a credit. I have another provider and I doubt I will use their service again. Is there someone that can help me with that?

My initial thoughts of this place were great. They have drinks and snacks in the lobby, breastfeeding supplies to buy then and there if you need them, and warm blankets to wrap your baby in after being weighed. However, my breastfeeding experience wasn’t going well. I suspected my baby had a lip tie and brought that up to the nurse practitioner. She said he had a “thick” one, but would likely fall on his face and break it as a toddler. The lactation consultant never looked for one or mentioned that could be causing our issue... read more
