I see Dr. Newbold and I personally think he is an awsome doctor and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never went there for a visit and had to wait for long period and if needed to be seen on short notice they always work me in. I Love it there and would and do highly recommend him.
Dr. Newbold is an amazing doctor, the only downfall is that he doesn't take many insurance companies. I'm fairly certain that he takes medicare. Dr. Newbold is a neurosurgeon by trade but do to some unfortunate circumstances years ago he had to abandoned that field and go into general medicine. If you have an issue he will use all his knowledge to figure it out and typically it's a way different approach than anyone else in the area. VERY BAD SERVICE Doctor took my payment and didn’t prescribe any medication and refused to give me a refund when I called for my money back after he rudely refused to give me my medicaction, was very rude over the phone told me To “shut up” & “be queit”, I would advise A&I pain management instead of newbold, his office is very dirty and unorganized and rude customer service as well. I had to file a police report and hire a lawyer just to recieve my 100$ refund. VERY BAD SERVICE
We went to him for travel vaccines and he prescribed us things we didn’t even need and didn’t tell us anything about traveling. He was joking around the whole time and charged us $150 for the visit on top of unnecessary medications (that are not cheap!!). Very unprofessional. Please avoid him for travel vaccines!
Ok, 1st time there and there not even 10 min. had script in hand...could not get acript filled anywhere. .writen out wrong and would not fix it...they took my money and would not rewrite script...never again....PILL MILL !!!
