Ben Clark was amazing. We are first time home buyers and he never faltered no matter how many questions we asked. He walked us through every step and helped us feel confident in the choices we made. When our lending had an issue because of the type of house we chose he was able to suggest different ideas and we got want we needed in time to close on time. I would 100%+ recommend Ben to anyone who asks about wanting to buy a house.
