I had the worst customer experience with Joyce. She was rude and was talking to person next to her stating she does not want to deal with this. She then hung up. I called back and she is scheduled to leave at 3pm. So she hung up so she could go home. I am horrified by the way business has been done. I will make sure that i let anyone and everyone know about my bad experience that I have had
