Walt Deane and Pat Skahan have been very helpful in all my insurance needs. It was very comforting knowing when we moved from Connecticut to Maine that all policies were switched smoothly without a hiccup. We recently purchased a new house and once again they were there 100% to make sure all went smooth. I’ve been using Newberry for about 14 years. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to my car insurance. Every year I’m contacted with the best rates and whenever I have questions or concerns I’m taken care of right away.
I have been with Newberry Insurance for 3 years. It was recently brought to my attention that they were writing my homeowners policy incorrectly. They had my home under insured and me as the homeowner not occupying my home. They then tried to write a new policy again under insuring my home. It took the new company to come out and add coverage. They are very sneaky and rude(Stacia and Bridget). We have filed a complaint with the Insurance Department.
