I moved in bout 2 months ago, and absolutely love it here, pet friendly and your bothered by anyone, neighbors r awesome am here 2 stay
This is literally a place to live. Don't complain about anything!! it's useless because nothing will be done. even if it's illegal activity . The rules are for decoration they don't enforce them. This place is a stepping stone only. get the income based apart, save your money and move out !
My daughter has lived here for over ,15yrs. The previous owners had a nice place. Lots of regulations that made a nice place to live. New owners care Abt nothing. People live in ,2 bedroom apartments with 4 kids, junk an garage lay around, kids screaming an loud music. She has upstairs kids over flow tub an sink which I am sure has caused mold. I could go on an on. My advice, don't move here.
Alot of drug use on the property.Issues of loud noise after 10pm and nothing ever gets done about it.
