Alex was great and quickly solved my issue
This place is awful, I truly could not recommend this place any less. The ONLY good thing about this place is its close to downtown. It is an old apartment that they slapped paint on and raised the prices. Utilities were a constant scam. In July, when no one was even living there for summer, they charged us $109 each (total $438) and the bill had two separate electric charges, including one just labeled ‘Electricity 3.’ Whenever we questioned it, they’d promise to credit it on the next bill they never did. Great place to live! Reasonable walk to campus and downtown, really great staff, and reasonable rent prices for the area!!
