Can't keep their word. The dealer didn't honor price quoted to us for our trade in. Speaking with the general sales manager did nothing to fix the problem, he kept insisting we were lying. a BBB case is pending. as well as one with NADA. Don't do business with this dealer!

Where's the service after the sale? I'm extremely disappointed in Newberg Ford. Being born and raised in Newberg, I try to support local businesses, but it really would've been worth driving out of town for this one. But, we have two young children, and just don't have the time to do so. I am pleased with our vehicle thus far (day 5) and our salesman was a true advocate for us, but those are the only two things I liked about this dealership.

Easy Easy I love this place. I have been treated like a long time valued customer and I just started doing business with them. I am just about to make another deal with them on another work van. Listen, everyone has to make a dollar and cars are expensive so if your a cheap person then by one on line.
Nice job Our family has been buying our vehicles from Newberg Ford for over 15 years. We love the sales team and highly recommend Dave Billingsley but honestly, you will get a great deal with whoever you work with! The service department is top notch and they always seem to get us in exactly when we want it! Go shop at Newberg Ford. You WILL NOT regret it!
