RecommendedThe doctors and nurses are awesome
I was made to sit in a waiting area and leave my mom who wanted me to stay. For one hour cuz it’s not visiting hours. Now it’s 6 am and now I can go sit with her. Where the hell is the customer service. There were no problems. I am a nurse and used to work here. The hospital already has its reputation but we never turned family away. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s not like your getting your money.
The labor and delivery floor was absolutely incredible. Our stay while giving birth to our daughter and the care we received was the best experience. I’m so thankful to all the nurses, midwives, doctors and staff for making everything as easy as possible and so kind. Thank you so much to all of you working 11/27-11/28 you were a blessing.

the staff was very good and took care of me well
my husband and two of my sons had surgery in the same day surgery unit. We have used the ER on several occasions and found the treatment there comparable to other area ERs. People say a lot of negative things about NWH but we have never had a problem.
Outpatient surgery first one in first one out 😊 Very good experience with my Dr and nursing staff.
Sorry excuse for a hospital I’ve ever seen. If you have a real emergency, you could probably die in the waiting room before you get service.
