I had an excellent experience at the Newark Urgent 24 Care unit with Lonnie, PA-C, and Dr. Squanderito. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Lonnie was kind, attentive, and very thorough in addressing my concerns. SHe took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I always come to this specific one no matter how close others are to me. The staff is always so nice, caring, fast, & friendly. The doctors always check all options to make sure they can properly diagnose.
Wasted an hour after front desk told me they had imaging for what I was coming in for to be pulled back and informed they don’t do imaging for that. Seemed like they only wanted to collect some extra insurance money. Waste of time.
