No matter how small the job, be prepared to wait until closing time. The service phone staff will check status online only. Why hire a person when that job can be done by AI? Also AI won’t argue with you when you tell them to just give you your car back because 7 hours at the shop is long enough to be without a car and you will get your tires rotated elsewhere. The kicker is that the job WAS DONE EARLIER BUT NEVER ENTERED INTO THEIR SYSTEM.
As always Good experience at NTW. Finished on time, and no surprises. Dave Ferguson is an excellent service manager. Keeps me informed, and tells me the status of my vehicles.
I am a totally satisfied customer. Drove in at my appointed time and was greeted by a professional service manager. I was out in an hour at a fair price.
