Terrible complex. Read the reviews on google before renting. We put down a holding deposit for a unit and never got a call back from them. Everytime I talk to them I have to call them. Rodney likes to keep your money!!! As a OSU student, there is way better choices for housing.

I would improve it by having the maintenance staff actually fix stuff when it is needed.
I have lived here since Jan. of 2014 and would definitely refer people looking for an inexpensive and well maintained apt complex. Rodney always treats you with respect .
I live here best place ever!! Rents cheap so is bills are cheap Rodger is the best on call mantaince man..
My husband Brad & I have lived here since June 2015. The manager Rodney is very nice & personable. Also maintenance is speedy. Other than some of the kids being a little out of control, but you have that everywhere, it's a great place to live. ^_^
