A year ago today, I had the great privilege to stay at newagen seaside inn. Where to begin, we traveled to Maine to see/drive the coast for our first half marathon in the Cape. The staff went above and beyond for us, upon arrival the front desk advised us on a good running route, the next day we took a bike ride and capped the evening off with wine and great conversation outdoors by fireside with the wonderful bar staff. My wife chose Newagen against the recommendations made by her travel agent. After a short and scenic drive South of Booth Bay, my family of four arrived. We were indeed pleasantly surprised with the property, staff, and food. They have plenty of amenities to stay busy (a game room that has a two lane bowling alley, pool table, ping pong, etc.) or scenic grounds to do nothing. No TV or radios in the room. I recently visited the inn and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. All the staff were friendly which i loved because customer service is key! My sister and I found the inn very relaxing with a lot to do. We enjoyed the row boat, recreation room, and nearby hiking trails. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
