I'm not sure how it happened but one of the doors for my outdoor kitchen broke and I emailed NewAge to see if I could purchase a replacement. The kitchen was over two years old so imagine my surprise when my customer service rep, Keshav Sharma, offered to send me a replacement door at no charge! NewAge Pro 3.0 is solidly built and beautiful. My ten piece cabinet set was delivered within one week of order through Costco and were in perfect condition. I discovered one defective tool chest drawer slide, but Keshav Sharma | Customer Service Specialist, efficiently and effectively handled the issue and shipped a replacement drawer set. I’m happy with my purchase and recommend this product line if you are shopping for high grade cabinets for your garage.
I recently installed an outdoor kitchen manufactured and delivered by NewAge Products. I am more than satisified with the quality, durability and appearance - a big thumbs up! Along with that, the customer service exceeded my expectation. I ordered the 7-piece storage set for my garage from Costco. Newage contacted me to ensure I received it. I was impressed. While assembling it, I realized some items were missing. Contacted support and Sayantan Deb dispatched the missing items immediately. The quality of the units is very high, everything was exceptionally well packed. The customer support is amazing. I highly recommend these products, and will definitely do business with Newage again!
