Stacy and New You Infraed Spa are a wonderful. If you're looking for a way to relax, AromaTouch combined with the sauna is perfect. I suffer from arthritis and I definitely feel a big difference every time I visit. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible 30 minute sauna for asthma issues at New You yesterday. It is a beautiful and serene space. Stacey took the time to talk with me about why I was there, explained the process, and mixed oils to help aid the process. I was able to sit in they comfy infrared sauna, meditate, relax, and heal. After a single 30 minute session, I could feel the benefit and they are lasting benefits. I immediately bought more sessions and am excited to go back! Thank you, Stacey!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a recommendation before now. Stacey is amazing! After talking with Stacey I purchased a package tailored specifically for a mother/daughter spa day. My daughter and I immediately felt relaxed when we walked in and the relaxation just got better as the time went on. Face masks, aromatherapy touch massage, and a foot soak. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!!
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I walked through those doors. But as soon as I did I was welcomed in and the hospitality was amazing! Once I was situated in the room she put the oils on and it was so relaxing!! Then the Infrared spa topped it all off!! She said you can loose up to 600 calories in a 30 minute section!! I signed up for a month of 3 sections a week. I'm excited to see what the results will be!!
Amazing experience! Infrared and Aroma touch therapy were new to me. Stacey explained everything before the session. The spa was clean and serene. I also had a 30 minute Thai massage (part of a special package) and that was amazing too...my muscles and senses appreciated this so much!

I threw out my back shoveling and have been achy since. stacey was able to get me in, the aroma touch was so relaxing, and after sitting in the infrared sauna for 30 minutes I really do feel like a new me! try it out, you won't be disappointed!
