Took 11 months and $9,400 to get 4 implants (improperly placed.. according to one of their OWN dentists). After completion, denture 'rocked' and became dislodged as I chewed food, and after 3 1/2 weeks ALL of the 'snaps' fell out of the snap in denture. Now I have a 'cheap' denture that must have denture adhesive used to make it work... somewhat. Worst dental facility I've EVER encountered in my life (and I'm nearly 70!)

Charged me $9,400 for an upper snap in denture.. which took 11 months to complete, implants were improperly placed (too close together)(admittedly by one of their own dentists!) snaps completely fell out within 3 1/2 weeks of completion. Now the 'snap in denture' is nothing more than a cheap, improperly fitting denture that I must use denture adhesive to use. The absolute worst dental experience I've had in my entire life!

I went to the NewYou dental in Livonia for a root canal and crown. I was quoted the cost and had to pay before the work was done as I did not have dental insurance. They did the root canal and two weeks to have the crown installed. Took a day off from work and just before my appointment they call to cancel due to close that day for a covid19 cleaning and had to wait to schedule for another appointment. I am truly enjoying this Dennis the staff manager Jenice is so helpful and caring Dr. Hassien she is so Pleasant and so nice And I truly appreciate this office the staff is this wonderful I will continue to go and work with them on getting my teeth fixed thank you God bless ya'll

I wrote my comments about this dental center on May 6, 2019 that this center is not following professional Dental Practices. They overcharge for consultations and other dental work. I went to the center for loose dental bridge over teeth # 7 to 10 on 2/4/2018 and since then they overcharged me for consultations and other dental work till 12/31/18. I wrote them letters on 11/28/2018 and 12/31/2018 with detailed information to refund $800 which they had overcharged. They did not refund the amount and never cared to respond the... read more

I just walked in to inquire about the New You in Livonia.. I talked to April who was so darn sweet. She was the reason I decided to get dentures there.She made an appointment with Dr. Henderson. I am 73 years old and have been to many dentists over the years. He is totally wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say. He took the time, even though I had a lot to say.
