Amazing customer service, Amazing cleanliness, Amazing work!!!! Have only ever had amazing experiences when I or my family members have gotten work done here. Nearly my whole family has been tattooed by Justin and each time his attention to detail and incredible artistic skills just put me in awe. I live in Canada, travel the world for work... and I will always wait until I get to Cape Coral so I can get my tattoos done here. Keep it up, you guys rock!!!

Justin is a great artist. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Went here while on vacation and am glad we picked this place.
Justin did excellent work and Scott is very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this shop for the quality of work and quality of service!
Went in for a simple helix piercing, customer service was ok on the phone. Drove twenty minutes to walk in, both people working were paying a lot of attention to a tv blasting on the wall. Took about ten minutes to get the paperwork to me, filled out. Once room was ready, he (never gave me his name) offered to take me back, gloves on. Informed me my partner couldn't go in the piercing room with me, so I left. Not getting pierced alone. No way. I won't be returning to this shop. personally went into shop on Fri. with visiting Granddaughter, verbally given an appointment for 6P on Sat. left required deposit and required phone #. Arrived at 5:45 and was told Oh we thought you were coming at 12:30...what???? we wanted around 8 on Sat but Justin suggested 6. Never rec. a call for the supposed 12:30 AND when I said can we wait...No he is doing a really big job.......this is not a mistake this is poor customer service. We found some of the same complaints on Yelp
