I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I visited this salon on 12/24/2018, and it was the worst experience ever! I came in with thick, natural afro textured hair. However, I left with thin, flat heat damaged hair! I requested a simple wash and set. When I washed my hair a few days later there was a strong chemical smell to my hair, and no curls just flat, limp hair I would and will never, ever recommend this salon. I had my hair done here on December 24, 2018. It was the worst hair salon experience in my life. I entered the salon with thick, afro textured natural hair going upwards toward the sky. I left with straight, chemical smelling thin hair laying down to the ground. I simply requested a wash and set. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I waited a long time to get my hair done, just to have a poor, subpar level of service. I cannot with a clear conscience recommend this salon.
