Great visit to the office staff is great and helpful. Dr. McCulloch was very on point regarding my injury. Highly recommended

I have had a great experience thus far - primarily Dr Bursztyn and Jason. However, in terms of follow up of the administrative workers the experience has been extremely poor. I have called at least 5 times to resolve an issue of the Physical Therapy referral oh which no one has been able to give a definitive answer and no has anyone called me back, not one single time. I am having to explain the situation to a new phone rep everttime I call but not one person seems to be able to assist. Great doctor's poor phone staff.
They are awesome the job wasn't painful at all they treated me with complete courtesy I would sent others there to get great treatment thanks sports and joints
Dr. McCulloch was the best. He took the time to explain everything and he had a great bedside manner. The surgical site and staff was amazing. However, his support staff that deals with the disability insurance could be better. I had to call on several occasions because they were not doing what they were supposed to do as far as forwarding paper work to my insurance company in a timely manner and some of they were very rude.

I went to see Dr Bursztyn after my MVA. After an MRI revealed a tear in the rotator cuff, he advised me to have physical therapy. After 10 weeks and no improvement, he suggested possibly having a procedure call Shoulder Arthroscopy. I was hesitant but decided to go through with it. After the procedure, he told me I had 3 out of 4 tendons torn. I am happy I made the right decision. I am now in the recovery stage. Dr Bursztyn is an excellent Doctor with a great personality too.

The staff is very friendly and so is the doctor. The time waiting while in the waiting is a bit excessive but overall the treatment and patient concerns are met.
