The treadmill TVs only work if you have headphones plugged in, so if you want to stare at more than just your reflection while you run, which I do not, bring an extra set of headphones to plug in.

The girl that said Melissa (Wed. nite spin) curses at you is delusional. I have been taking that class for 2+ years & she's NEVER cursed AT students. Not to mention, corporate would never allow that.
This is where resolutions come to die. It's often busy but large enough to do your regular routine. Gotta say though, having the treadmills in front of the classes room is extremely distracting...
Don't leave your coat on a hanger or your locker unlocked. Stuff goes missing all the time. Not cool.
Is it just me or is this place getting dirtier? I remember a time when the machines looked so clean you could eat off them.
Awesome belly dance classes. Wish I was able to go more often.
I absolutely love spinning with Sal-he's the best ever! Avoid Weds spinning with Melissa. She's got bad music that's too loud an screams and curses at everyone!
