I canceled my sons membership because he broke his leg and now they're charging me $99 amongst the other fees amongst fees that they charged me during his membership there!
If I could leave Zero stars I would. This gym should be shut down as the company is run by thieves and scammers. They change your rates without ever contacting you and then when you complain they lower them to get you to stay. Shadiest company I have ever had the unfortunate experience with. DO NOT GO HERE OR SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING. Go to ANY other gym where it is cheaper and MUCH nicer anyway. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!
I have been to many NYSC due to my work, however o look up online to this one which I was close and as usual I change and worked out, when I try to take a shower I found out this is the only club with no towels, how is that we pay for passport pass and they don't even update online that this gym have no towels 🤔Don't we pay enough to get what we deserve?? At least update the website so we can bring our own towels or find a better gym and one that offers towels
Extremely grateful for the personal trainer Chris. I highly recommend him!! Plus it's very clean :)
I checked in to complain yet again about the staff that opens up the gym late! I have complained and complained but it continue to happen. It's beyond frustrating when I wake up at 4:30 to be at the gym by 5 and I dont get into the building until 5:20 because one of your staff members is lazy and cannot get out of bed on time!
