I have attempted to reach out to various levels of management with issues that many members of the club are having regarding the use and conditions of the facilities for months. Nobody has ever responded to e mails or returned a call so I would never recommend this club to anyone
RecommendedThey have lots of kettlebells and platforms for Olympic lifts. Not many regular gyms in this area offer that equipment.
The sign up was easy the hours are great 👍🏼. They have daycare while you work out 🏋️♀️ and so far the staff has been pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
They were so quick to sign you up and offer a free month if you refer someone but they never follow through. I'm not a happy camper. I tried cancelling for a month now and can never get in touch with the Gen'l Manager who claims to be the best one out of all the past Gen'l Mgrs. Now they say come down and cancel because there's a form that needs to be completed. I don't think they want me coming down there, I'll cause a ruckus.
Friendly staff, extremely clean facility, and equipment is always clean and in good condition.
Nice gym, new equipment friendly staff inside. My biggest mistake was giving them my phone number and email.. I have had a non stop flood of messages in my inbox and got a few calls about joining. For a pretty well known established business it seems they are desperate for new members. I am currently a member of a different gym who’s hours of operation are more suiting to my current needs. If in the future I wish to become a member I totally know where to find NYSC.
Love the location, pool is very clean. Equipment is up to date. I use Stephanie as my personal trainer. She has gotten me acclimated to the gym and has helped my knee (after surgery) get back to normal after I spent three months in physical therapy. I personally haven’t experienced anything bad nor has my husband
