Management not receptive to problems as they arise You get what you pay for if their Chairman Patrick Walsh's 2018 letter is any indication, NOT ONCE does customer satisfaction or the member experience factor into their priorities
If you had to cancel your membership at NYSC for any reason (even in cases where you become unexpectedly hospitalized and can no longer use the gym), their bureaucratic runaround is enough to give this establishment a 1-star rating.
Nysc. BEST gym around. Been with them @ er 10 yrs. Great equipment and great staff. .
Been a member for a long time and wouldn't join any other gym...used to have a personal trainer years ago and it was great for my schedule, however both my schedule and interest changed and I have embraced Yoga as well as the other full body, & burn classes...many choices and hours to suit my needs...it's always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful..�
I joined NYSC after the closing of Retro Fitness. Your main fitness classroom is spacious and beautiful. I am impressed with the variety of classes offered and the times work well with my schedule. All of the instructors are wonderful.
